With 20 years experience training people I’ve learned that CONSISTENCY is the most important factor to success and in order to be consistent programs must be SIMPLE. There can't be any confusion. SuperhuMEN 12 (SS12) is the coaching framework that I have created to optimize the training process. Four steps are fitness related, five nutritional, and three lifestyle. Every month I educate you on another component in SS12, then implement the new component into your lifestyle, and most importantly hold you accountable.

When we work together through the SS12 framework I will customize each action step for your individual situation. All men have the same training needs but we all differ on the degree to which we need a specific modality. I handle all the guess work and confusion.

Whats the difference between working with me versus other trainers or a free program off of the internet generated by AI?
Accountability- Information is easy to come by these days but very few can take action and get results with out a coach. When the going gets tough it’s easy to make an excuse when you have no accountability! Even if you have a trainer they’re only going to be concerned with what you’re doing during that hour of training.
Customization- There’s a big difference between 3 sets of 10 reps and 10 sets of 3 reps even though they are both 30 reps. How do you know which is right for you at this moment? Time is limited and men need to get the MOST of of their training.
Coaching & Implementation- Coaching somebody is a science and an art. This is the art portion. This is where we sit down and figure out what foods we can make work for YOUR tastes. This is where we look at YOUR schedule and figure out where we can fit in the activities required to get in your best shape. In short, I wont just give you a list of stuff to do and eat but I will help you implement it into YOUR life.

Simple easy to follow training sessions so that you build strength, burn fat, avoid injuries, optimize hormones, improve performance.
Pick your training location for convenience and ease of use. At home, hoa gyms, local parks, or come to me.
