Did you know that the average 25 year old male has less testosterone than a 65 year old had in 1980?!
American men are fatter, sicker, and more unhealthy than at any other point in history. Masculinity is under attack. There's nothing that woke culture hates more than a fit, strong, masculine male! Every man that I can help reclaim their fitness, health, and confidence makes the world a better place!
HI! My name is Matt Bernardo and I am a 19 year veteran of the personal training and fitness industry. I am a lifelong competitive athlete and have a huge passion for fitness, eating great food, healthy living, and seeing my clients succeed. I'm a former all-american football player and currently a masters track athlete (42), and new father. I started as a personal trainer at a big box health club and eventually fulfilled my life long dream of owning a large training facility that I operated for 16 years. I’ve successfully trained men and athletes of all ages from age 7 to 85. During my 19 years in the fitness, performance, and personal training industry I learned a ton… the biggest “secret” to reaching your fitness goals and turning back the clock is a combination of low and high intensity movement, eating quality protein while avoiding fake food, and living a lifestyle congruent with how we evolved. I have refined this process down to 12 simple steps to build “Superhumen” (SS12). I believe commercial gyms, personal trainers, and group training boot-camp style workouts have failed so many people because the client is left to fend for themselves except for the 2-4 hours per week that they are with the trainer. Sure, you may get sore and sweat a lot but just working out 1-3x per week for an hour isn’t enough for men to make serious progress. The truth is, my clients that showed up to the gym 3-4x a week and trained really hard got stronger but if they did not address their lifestyle and eating habits they rarely looked or felt any better. The key to a success in a fitness program is coaching (the how to) but even more important is the accountability and implementation. At one point in your life you were a fit, athletic, energetic, man… What happened? Your family, your community, and the world needs that man back and I have the coaching and framework to do just that.
