A lean, rugged. strong body is the ultimate status symbol. It can’t be bought it has to be earned through consistent hard work and discipline… Health is wealth and fitness is freedom. You are only as wealthy as your health and as free as your fitness allows. Has your fitness and health become a liability to you and your family? Most men have too much pride to seek out help and so they stay stuck for years or even worse a lifetime of regret with too much body fat, low energy, health issues, and no confidence. I want to see my clients enjoy all that life has offer in the “endless summer” of South West Florida. Don’t spend another season being embarrassed by your excess body fat at the beach, out on the boat or worse yet not being fit enough to enjoy the activities you love. It’s time to put your ego aside and get some help. Nobody can go at it alone. Information overload, lack of motivation, and excuses ruin the best of your intentions every year. I have helped men just like you. Let me guide you step by step with my simple but effective 12 step framework that addresses physical fitness, nutrition, and modern lifestyle issues. I personally coach all my clients. You will increase strength, stamina, and energy while decreasing body fat, injuries, and lifestyle illness… And more importantly regain your confidence and your family’s confidence in you while taking advantage of the ability to live an active, adventurous lifestyle.

  • Step 1 is to click on the “START TODAY” button and fill out the form. Shortly there after I will contact you to set up a phone conversation.

  • After you reach out we will set up a quick 10 minute phone call to see if we are a good fit to work together. We will discuss your current fitness level, health, injuries, schedule, pricing, address any concerns, discuss where training will take place. This is also your opportunity to ask questions. At the end of the call we can set up a free in person session.

  • This first session is an assessment to figure out where we are going to start you in your training program. This session is free and if you don’t feel comfortable with me as your coach or vice versa we walk away no hard feelings. At the end of this session we set a date for the implementation session.

  • This coaching program is more than just fitness training sessions. During your first implementation session we will dig deep and do a discovery on nutrition and your lifestyle. At the end of this session you will have a simple and detailed instruction for your first month including how to check in, what you need to do on your own daily, create your schedule, answer any questions.

  • Following the implementation session you will be off and running with a simple and clear plan of what to do, how to do it, and when to do it. Your typical week we may meet 1 - 3 times. You will check in with me daily and you will have something physical to do almost daily. Every month we will sit down together evaluate your progress, layer on another step, and make any needed changes.
